• Cancellations after this period may not be eligible for refund.

• Same-day or no-show cancellations will not be refunded.

• The Trust reserves the right to cancel any booking due to administrative, safety, or religious reasons.

6. Shipping Policy (For Prasad & Religious Items)

If prasad, religious books, or temple items are provided via online request:

• Orders are processed within 3–7 working days

• Delivery time depends on location and courier service

• The Trust is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier agencies

• Items damaged in transit may be replaced upon valid proof
